Thank you for supporting our handmade business! Because each crocheted flower tote bag is lovingly made by hand, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or colour variations that naturally occur in handcrafted goods.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your tote arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, we're happy to make it right. In these cases, we offer free returns and will cover the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a faulty-item return:

  • The item must be unused with all original tags still attached.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include clear photos of the issue along with your order number.

How to Request a Return

Email us at [your email here] with your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting photos. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Please Note

Slight variations in stitching, flower placement, and colour are part of what makes each tote unique — these are not considered faults. We inspect every bag carefully before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
